Dressing and sauce 調味醬


The Spinach Salad Dressing:



1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil

1/8 cup of filtered water

1-2 table spoon honey
Salt and pepper
1 cup julienne mushroom (or cooked Portabella  mushroom)
4 cups fresh spinach, cleaned

1/4 cup of walnut

1/4 cup of sun-dried tomato (dried or in oil)



Tamari Ginger Dressing (for watercress)



2 T tamari soy sauce

2-3 T spring water

¼ t grated fresh ginger

2 T roasted sesame seeds, coarsely crushed

combine all the ingredients and mix well



Tofu Dressing



1 cake tofu

1 T grated onion or ginger

1 t sea salt

½  t sesame butter or tahini



Miso-Ginger Sauce




1 t  barley miso

½  t grated fresh ginger

Spring water



Miso-Tahini Dressing



1 t miso

3 t tahini

1 t grated onion or ginger

½  cup spring water



Sesame Dressings



½  cup roasted sesame seeds

½ cup soup stock

1 t sweet rice vinegar or brown rice vinegar

2 t tamari soy sauce
